We report accounts to the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Transunion) on a monthly basis. We report data on the last day of each month, reflecting the status of your account (such as the account balance, payment amount, and payment history) as of your most recent statement date. Once we provide updated data to the credit bureaus, it may take a few days for this information to be updated onto your credit report.
If you've recently opened your Sparrow account, you should begin to see it appear on your credit report during the first week of the calendar month after the date that you received your first Sparrow billing statement.
If you believe the information appearing on your credit report is inaccurate or not up-to-date, please refer to your Sparrow account billing statements. The information on your credit report should match the information on your billing statement from the previous calendar month. Updated data will be reflected on your credit report during the first week of each month.
If you still believe there to be an error in the information that is on your credit report, please provide us a detailed explanation of what is incorrect, what credit bureau(s) are showing the incorrect information, and why you believe it to be incorrect.
