You can make a payment using the Sparrow mobile app anytime you have an outstanding balance on your account. You will find a blue "Pay" button in the middle of the Home screen of the mobile app. Upon clicking this, you'll be able to select the amount that you wish to pay, the date that you'd like the payment to be submitted (up to seven days into the future), and the payment method you will use.
If you don't see a "Pay" button on the Home screen when you log-in to the mobile app, this is because you do not currently have a balance owed on your account. Your account won't have a balance until you start making purchases with your Sparrow credit card.
You can also use the Sparrow website to submit your payment. Visit www.sparrowcard.com, and click on Login at the top-right. If you prefer to make your payment over the phone, give us a call at 1-800-839-9797. We're available 24/7, and we'll never charge you a fee to make a payment!
