If you've been issued a refund from a merchant, we will post this refund to your account as soon as we receive notification from the merchant. Please be aware that some merchants have internal processes that add several days delay before they fully complete the transaction and send it through to us. For this reason, if you are expecting a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for it to show up on your Sparrow account.
If this amount of time has elapsed and you still have not received your refund, please contact the merchant to inquire about the status of your missing refund. If you're unable to reach a resolution with the merchant directly, please give us a call and we can initiate a dispute with the merchant to assist you in receiving your refund. In this case, please be prepared to provide supporting evidence of the refund process, including your refund receipt and a copy of your communication with the merchant attempting to resolve the situation.
